After submitting a rental inquiry, we’ll confirm availability and set up a pickup time. All rentals are picked up from our home base in Roanoke. We’ll help load your items and walk you through care guidelines.

Most of our rentals are for a full day, with flexible pickup and return times.
Nerf kits offer both full day and weekend rentals so you can enjoy them longer.
Need extra time? Just ask — we’re flexible when possible.

Yes. A refundable deposit is required for each rental and will be returned after items are inspected and confirmed clean and undamaged.

We get it — life (and parties) can get messy.
Minor wear and tear is expected, but significant damage or missing items may result in a partial or full deposit being withheld. We’ll always communicate clearly and fairly.

Yes! Everything is cleaned and sanitized after every rental.
For Nerf kits, bullets and barriers are disinfected and inspected before they go back out.

We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during weekends and warm weather months.
Last-minute bookings are welcome if inventory is available!

Absolutely. We’re happy to work with groups and can create custom packages based on your needs.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup will receive a full refund.
Within 48 hours, deposits will be forfeited.

For outdoor rentals like yard games, we offer weather protection flexibility. If snow or heavy rain hits, we can reschedule when possible or offer a credit toward a future rental.
