After submitting a rental inquiry, we’ll confirm availability and set up a pickup time. All rentals are picked up from our home base in Roanoke. We’ll help load your items and walk you through care guidelines.

Most of our rentals are for a full day, with flexible pickup and return times.
Nerf kits offer both full day and weekend rentals so you can enjoy them longer.
Need extra time? Just ask — we’re flexible when possible. -
Right now, BRB Rentals is primarily DIY pickup to keep costs affordable.
Delivery may be added later as we grow. -
Yes. A refundable deposit is required for each rental and will be returned after items are inspected and confirmed clean and undamaged.

We’ll confirm availability, send pricing, and reserve your date. -
We accept cash, card, and digital payments (Venmo, CashApp, etc.).
You’ll receive instructions when your booking is confirmed. -
We get it — life (and parties) can get messy.
Minor wear and tear is expected, but significant damage or missing items may result in a partial or full deposit being withheld. We’ll always communicate clearly and fairly. -
Yes! Everything is cleaned and sanitized after every rental.
For Nerf kits, bullets and barriers are disinfected and inspected before they go back out. -
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during weekends and warm weather months.
Last-minute bookings are welcome if inventory is available! -
Absolutely. We’re happy to work with groups and can create custom packages based on your needs.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup will receive a full refund.
Within 48 hours, deposits will be forfeited. -

For outdoor rentals like yard games, we offer weather protection flexibility. If snow or heavy rain hits, we can reschedule when possible or offer a credit toward a future rental.
